For the material 4Cr14Ni14W2Mo ,5Cr21Mn9Ni4N and 3Cr23Ni8Mn3MoN, the analysis of their mechanical property, microstructures and heat treatment. Discover the 3Cr23Ni8Mn3MoN organizes of indoor temperature after passing by the heat temperature , the mechanics function of the heat temperature bottom and the anti-corrosion the function is better than the 4Crl4Nil4W2Mo and 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N. Then it also can satisfy with the need of exhaust property . Because of a wide solid dis-solving treatment , the 3Cr23Ni8Mn3MoN with good heat treatment is hard to overheat and over-sinter. And the 3Cr23Ni8Mn3MoN has more chromium , more nitrogen and less nickel element .Holding steady austenite structure , it promotes the high-temperature intensity and anti-corrosion function and saves the nickel element ,which accord with our country minerals resource and reduce the cost of original material . So it can instead of the 4Cr14Ni14W2Mo and 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N to be new steel used in Superpower Oil Engine production...
