The elastic settlement formula of Lamination ground model were revised here. Taking advantage of Laplace transformation, the theory of derivative operator as well as Elasticity-viscoelatic Correspondence Principle, this paper developed the viscolastic settlement formulas of various kinds of grounds. The upper structures and foundation were being discreted with three-dimeensional eight-nod iso -parameter elements. Considering the reality of numerical computation, the generalized Maxwell and the generalized Kelvin model were revised. The relaxation functions for materials with a fading memory was being expressed in terms of Prony series. And made the computation with this method to sluice's three holes ledger wall of the LiuSan station. Comparing the computation achievement with the elastic computation result discoverd the first is moer fit the facts. Confirmed this method feasibility and the rationality.
