Since Aja hydroelectric station of Italian used plastic concrete as the material of impervious wall in 1957, now plastic concrete anti-permeate wall get the very extensive application locations in the world-wide. Compared with rigidity concrete, plastic concrete has the lower beginning elasticity modulus and the bigger extreme limit strain, so it can adapt to the bigger transforming, it is good to ameliorative the stress station in the impervious wall; it can save the cement and reduce the price of engineering build at the same time; moreover, it can still get necessary material locally, and be constructed easily. So it is used extensively in hydraulic engineering of our country too.In this paper, the author adopted the method of contrast experiment, that is, changes the dosage of two kinds of materials, but the other material's dosage is basic constant, from this way the changing of every kind of material's dosage to the influencing of the plastic concrete function can be reflected clearly. In this experiments, the author studied the plastic concrete primarily with the mobility, anti-press strength, deformation modulus, anti-permeate function etc, and also inquired into the durability of the plastic concrete, got a variety for these functions regulation, it had the theories' meaning in guiding the actual engineering.
