Some tall buildings require to cancel expansion joint or set up few expansion joint because of function's request. It leads to arise more and more ultra-length tall building reinforced concrete structure. Crack will be emerged if the designer handle badly for temperature deform and temperature stress in ultra-length reinforced concrete structure. These cracks affect regular operation of the building. Because tall buildings have complicated bodily form, the designer have many difficulties in calculating temperature stress value of tall building reinforced concrete structure. So the researcher and the designer adopt simplified compute ways, the results are rough, it does not consider temperature reaction in technical specification for concrete structure of tall building and often adopts structure measures. So temperature problem is one of key research problem in ultra-length tall building structure.The paper launchs to research on the condition of the background, compute ways of temperature load is defined and the worst temperature load is obtained through summarizing some old ways in the paper. Then temperature reaction of real structure with two story model is imitated on the condition of bearing temperature load through simplifying rationally real structure, what's more temperature reaction on the Condition of Different Side-displacement Rigidity is researched through analysis of finite element program of ANSYS. Firstly whole deform and side displacement law of frame structure, frame-shearwall structure and shearwall structure are obtained on the condition of two temperature load. Secondly distribution feature and law of beam and column in the three structure are obtained, what's more indifference and difference of temperature effect in the three structure are obtained on the condition of the same temperature load. In the end temperature stress of slab is gone on regression analysis on the basis of result of finite element. Then simplified compute formula of the matrix temperature stress in the slab is obtained on the condition of two temperature load in the three structure. It is valuable and helpful for the structure design on the condition of considering temperature load.
