The aim of the traditional air conditioning is that creating comfortable indoor environment which is used to meet people's requirements. But with lapse of time , the negative effects on people have been exposed gradually. One hand , people often live in constant , comfortable indoor environment, impart their adapt ability, cause some physiological and psychological illness; on the other hand, people hanker comfort excessively, cause energy sources wasting. So it is importable that changing old working of air conditioning, working in dynamic hot and humid climates. First, this article based on experiment datum, educed the rule of the thermal feel in hot-humid environment. At the same time, we think about the aim at the forecast of the thermal feel. But in the hot-humid environment, there are some obvious differences between thermal feel and thermal comfortable, so we forecast a thermal comfortable model. Secondly, we expatiated on thermal comfort, indicated the steady , comfortable environment did not avail of the healthy, it weaken people's adapted environment ability. But Some parameters for example temperature, humidity or wind speed suitability change, bring to some stimulate, boost up the accommodate of the people, help to health. In the end of the thesis, we analyse the changing of the indoor temperature and the humidity, so educe that dynamic air-conditioning replace steady air-conditioning, can increase 3~5℃ indoor enactment temperature in summer, debase 2-4℃ in winter, can obviously save energy. Dynamic air conditioning is a new control strategy. One hand it can bring for people comfort, healthy indoor environment, on the other hand it can save energy.
