This paper is about the torque ripple minimization of the square-wave brushless dc motor.Base on MATLAB/simulink and PSB, nonlinear dynamic simulation mode of BLDCM is built. In this way, a better base for the total optimum design and torque ripple minimization of BLDCM is prepared. Base on nonlinear dynamic simulation mode of BLDCM, simulation mode of a Direct Torque Control and an exchange-direction integral method torque ripple control system. The simulation results indicate that the algorithm is suitable for the speed regulation of BLDCM. Within a wide speed range, the system has a good regulation character and a high precision of steady state, and the system can well constrain the disturbance of the load torque varying.The research have positive meaning for the torque ripple control technology utilized in BLDCM.
