The Analysis And Research On The Planear Metamorphic Intermittent Mechanisms

Aiming mainly at the planar metamorphic mechanisms,this thesis has carried on some research in size synthesis,kinematic and dynamic analysis of the mechanisms.Furthermore, the thorough kinematic and dynamic analysis of the mechanisms is carried on by software ADAMS. Through the dimension synthesis,the kinematic dimensions of the mechanisms can be determined according to the movement requests of the output link(for example the movement scope of output link, the time of dwell and so on). Through the kinematic analysis, the positions,speeds and accelerations of the output link as well as the other links of the planar metamorphic mechanisms can be obtained.The corresponding information can then be shown in curves. Dynamics analysis of the planar metamorphic mechanisms bases on the kinematic analysis of the mechanism.Given the load on the output link, the driving moment on the input link as well as the reactions at the kinematic pairs can be determined. The examination whether the metamorphic mechanisms move in preconcened way can then be carried out. After establishing the model, the kinematics and dynamics simulations of the planar metamorphic mechanisms are also carried out by software ADAMS.
