This Paper discusses the basic Principle and method of the design the cement soil mix pile retaining structure . As a kind of new-type retaining structure ,the pile has no noise and mud waste water to get rid of while constructing; Will not produce obvious side direction pushing , vibration to the peripheral soil body in the course of constructing. It has a little influence to all around building after taking effective measures to control the retaining structure's displacement. soil property, cement mixing ratio, the age, quality of construction much influence to construct. It has no problems to design the Gravity type cement soil block wall ,but to cement compound piles, it need to further improvment; The method of displacement caculation of cement gravity retaining wall, compound retaining piles of cement have no acknowledged. Now it is necessary to carry out nicety estimation to deformation amount in the design respect to underground constructing in ctiy , and take some measures to reduce and prop up which protect the structure out of shape when needed; And the paper according to project experience, finite element analysis result propose a new method to caculate the resist capsizal factor of cement structure to prop up to nail. Analysed the parameters of structure such as lengths thickness of pile which influence to structure ,and depend on the actual project materials , bring out the whole stability factor computations method of the cement with soil nails wall .The result of paper's method is lower than general methods, I think because the paper's method consided the bearing capacity of soft foundation soil&friction between soil and piles.
