In this paper , on the basis of lots of geological surveys on the spot,using mathematical statistics method,probability analysis method and definite survey method,the engineering geological characteristics of the fractural plane are studied with the DIPS V2.22. The classification of rock mass is carried out according to the classification system in the Hydroelectric Standard of P.R.C and RMR system, Q system which are popular in the world and the rock characteristics of the research area .
