The fatigue is a old and complex problem in the structrure design. On the background of the rapid development of the High-speed railway in our country, in this paper, the bending fatigue made by high-speed train has been calculated under steady load and dynamic load using ANSYS. Its life has been calculated by Fracture Mechanics method basing on stress spectrum got from calculation results. Its reliability of growth life was also analyzed. The result helps us predict its life and provide the basis of constituting examining period of this component. The contents of this paper can be summarized as follows:1, Finite element anslysisi. The model of this component has been constituted according to its entity, which is used in railway by using ANSYS.From the calculation results we can obtain that the rail head has highest stress, where is the main region of the crack.2, Fatigue life estimate. In this paper, this life was calculated by using the S-N curve of joint rail of Japan , stress spectrum of DF11 and ICE3 locomotive, which was basing the Damage Value that was produced by one train according by Miner Combined Rule.3, Growth life calculation.According to its material, the fracture will not happen just after the appearance of its crack and there will be a period of time before its fracture. In this paper its growth life is calculated by using Fracture Mechanics method,so can we get the basis of constituting examing period of this component.4, Reliabilty analysis. Its reliability of growth life was also analyzed by using Mento Carlo method. So different growth life relative to different fracture probability can be calculated, and we can carry out the reliability analysis more effeicienty.
