The paper briefly deals with the development process of vehicleautomatic speed adjustment(ASP) ,the construction and compose of ASPsystem and the content and direction ASP research. Under the circumstanceof analyzing the present technology of our country's constructionmachinery transmission system and the market, we forward this questionfor discussion.In order to meet the need of updating and changing generation of thesame type product in our construction machinery industry, the articlesynthetically apply these design theories which include designmethodology,design of mechanism system,design of machinery ,designof automatic machinery and design of hydraulics . Furthermore, we havecarried out our research,improvement design work in the following aspect .Electric and hydraulic control full power–shift transmission gearingAssembly (EHCTGA) discussing in the paper has been updated to a type ofmachine which have eight speeds(four speeds forward and four speedsreverse)comparing with the present one which have three speeds (onespeed reverse and two speed forward ). As a result , the machine can enjoybetter dynamics,wider dynamic range and the mainframe also can be moreeffective,flexible,economic.The EHCTGA being invariable axial construction largely consists of adirection control clutch Assembly , two same speed control clutchassembly and a reverse axes. This construction largely simplifying thecompose of parts throughout the machine can largely increases the degreeof versatility and reduces the precision in processing and costs ofproduction. The feature that a single turbine converter well match with atransmission with four speeds forward and four speeds reverse can makesthe EHCTGA always work at the high efficiency and performance point,makes full use of the power of the engine and obviously decreases theconsumption rate of oil . It also can easily achieve the non-step speedadjustment which intensively decreases the labour intensity of the drivers.The construction referring to the same type product of ZF corporationof GERMAN is redesigned in order to well match with our present level ofprocessing and manufacturing, which economizes the production cost in abig way.In addition ,the paper analyzes the true operate regime that simulatingthe machine on a test frame and the data obtained from it.Need to emphasis that the product discussing in the article cancompletely replace the foreign one of the same type and the market for itwill be big enough.
