| With the development of science and technology, the modern living and workingenvironments need the higher requirements on aerial temperature and humidity,particularly in summer. Most of the traditional air-conditioning units are compressedrefrigerating system. And this air-conditioning method needs the air to be cool belowthe dew point temperature, and then make the moisture content among themcongealed, in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the air humidity. This willconsume the mass electric energy, and lots of heat will transfer to the environmentthrough the condenser at the same time. The results include increasing the hot islandeffect of city, energy consumption and environment thermal pollution. Therefore, theresearch of new type of energy saving air-conditioner is very important.From the view of environmental protection and energy saving, this paper hascompared the characteristic of all kinds of dehumidizer, and chooses LiCl for thedesiccant system;by comparing all kinds of desiccant methods, expatiates theparticular advantages of solid desiccant air-conditioning system contrastingcompressed air-conditioning system;this paper has calculated the air-conditioningstatus and the wheel running parameters of designed room;and has established theexperiment simulate device of solid desiccant air-conditioning system, analysised anddiscussed how the air inlet state parameters(air flux, temperature and humidity, etc.)affect outlet state parameters.This paper has simulated air inlet of the experiment device applying Fluent ,which has referential effects on design of experiment project;this paper hasestablished the physical and mathematical model for the heat transfer in thedehumidify wheel, and has done the theoretic calculation for the temperature on anyof the profile in the dehumidify wheel by programming.The innovation of hybrid system of desiccant wheel dehumidification andconventional compressed refrigeration is that the evaporating temperature ofair-conditioning system has been improved over dew point, COP has beenimproved accordingly, and has put condensation heat to the dehumidizer regenerationprocess of desiccant system. Under the same condition, the energy wastage of Hybridair-conditioning system is lower than the traditional compressed refrigeration. Thehybrid air-conditioning system can be considered as energy saving and environmentalprotection system, and has definite application foreground. |
