Reseach On Construction Technic Of The Grid Structure Of The Nylon Workshop In Shijiazhuang Chemical Fiber Limited Liability Company

In recent years, with the development of large–span structure, the method andtechnics of constructing has been rapidly developed. In this article ,some methods ofconstructing are summarized in range of theoretics, and some problems of technologyare analyzed.In order to make the advanced technics popularize ,and at the same timeto improve the technical level of constructing enterprise and increase the proportion oftechnology.In the view of the development of space structure, the characteristic and actualityof network structure are introduced briefly .The constructing methods ,technics andkeys are discussed. Including upper air scattered-install method ,strip and piecehoisting method,high altitude sliding method ,moving support method,the wholehoisting method,the whole exalting and ascending method and so on . those installingmethods are applied successfully in most projects. According to the system ofnetwork structure in recent, the key working procedures (i.e. the joints) areintroduced, specially, the constructing methods and nondestructive testing techniquesof the large welded hollow spherical joints.Combined with the constructing scheme of network structure of ShiJiaZhuang,the roof installing methods of space network structure are discussed and researched. Itadopt the method of whole hoisting , and key problems are the choice of hoistingpoints,the setting of holding poles ,the assembled of units and the welded of thewhole and so on.It is proved that this method is simple and unnecessary to use supports and that isa feasible method of network constructing.
