At present, Selective Laser Sintering of nylon composites is the focus in the world.The parts which are made in Selective Laser Sintering of nylon composites have highintensity, elasticity and endurance and suit the urgent assembly and the function test.However, in domestic study on the technology of Selective Laser Sintering of nyloncomposites also just starts, it also has many questions waiting for further studies insintering technology. Main research and result as follows:The optimum component of nylon composites are studied by orthogonal design.The optimum component of nylon composites include that nylon 12 is 88.6%,inorganic filler is 10%,coupling agent is 0.3%,fluidity modifier is 0.5%,ray absorbentis 0.6%。The main capability of this powder include that mean particle size is 35 μm,absorbent is 0.059%,melting point is 160℃,and packed density is 0.52g·cm-3.The technical parameters of sintering nylon composites are optimized with plentyof experiments. The optimum sintering parameters include that laser power is 14W,preheating temperature is 95℃, scanning speed is 1400 mm·s-1 and power bed depthis 0.1mm. The main capability of the part which is made in the optimum sinteringparameters include that tensile strength is 41MPa,elasticity is 2310MPa,elongationis 8%.The major effect factors on part's precision are analyzed. The influencing rule oflaser power and part dimension on the part's precision are obtained by plenty ofexperiments. And the improved method of part's precision are mentionedThe experiments were done on the warp and motion in SLS. The variation rule ofthe part's warp and motion is obtained by these experiments. The caused reasonsand the measures which avoid the warp and motion are analyzed. These canenhance the quality of SLS parts which have the certain model and the promoteraction.
