Photoelectric tracking and pointing system is more and more widely used in space laser communication, laser weapon and many other fields because of its several advantages, such as high sensibility, good adaptability and interference immunity, etc.. But acquiring, tracking and pointing targets at high-speed and high-precision, is the elementary assurance that the photoelectric tracking and pointing system could be widely used. In this thesis, the coarse-fine composite control of automatic tracking and pointing device on mobile is rearched, so that the device can acquire, track and point targets at high-speed and high-precision.In this thesis, the principle and architectural structure of the coarse-fine composite control system are introduced. Using TMS320LF2407A as the processor, the main controller on mobile is designed. In order to accomplish the serial communications between the main controller and many other system devices, a chip TL16C554A is used in the main controller to extend four serial communication channels. Based on dividing the working procedure of the system into three sections, the strategy of coarse-fine composite control is discussed in this thesis. The communication software of the main controller is designed, and using addressed data frames, the conflict of serial communications has been solved. At last, a scheme of control system based on CAN-bus is proposed, and the drive circuit of CAN-bus is designed.
