Hypersonic vehicle must be designed in integration methodology for the strong coupling effect of the subsystems. Integrated design methodology of Airframe/Engine is the most important step of integration methodology. The airframe/engine integration issues are studies in this paper by means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The basic theory of numerical simulation is introduced and the designed configuration of hypersonic vehicle is chosen. The aerodynamic/propulsive interface(API) and engine/airframe interface(EAI) are plotted. The integration performance is analyzed using numerical simulation method. The effect of wedges with different compressed angles on forebody/inlet performance is analyzed under designed conditions. The forebody configuration is designed with the restriction of total pressure recovery coefficient and drag coefficient. The changes of flow field of forebody/inlet are analyzed under designed conditions and undersigned conditions. The parameter design method of nozzle afterbody is introduced. The internal portion of nozzle afterbody is designed using the theory of expansion wave. The upper wall is designed for better thrust coefficient. The propulsion performance of nozzle afterbody is improved.
