According to the large vibration of the roller mill equipment for concrete production, the subject of finite element simulation to large-scale dynamical foundations is put forward in this article. The background is the actual project in the article. The work is on the dynamical characters of the pile-soil-equipment systems. Because of the complexity of the system, we must consider pile-soil interaction and the basement's role for laying.This article consult massive domestic and foreign dynamic foundation research literature, analysis domestic and foreign dynamic foundation research situation and the existence insufficiency at present, and aimed at the ChangZhou vertical mill has done the following work:1, Dynamic foundation examination: This project dynamic load very complex, as particle-size of entered material is uneven, the grinding machines generate unbalanced pulsation inertia force, and it is equal to a stochastic load, which brings major difficulty to the research. In order to carry on the finite element procedure improvement and examination, enables its to take the general dynamic foundation design reference, we tested the Changzhou vertical mill and gathered the control point acceleration, the displacement time interval, and carried on correlation.2, Dynamic analysis of finite element: First try to determine the real constants of shock absorption materials surrounding the basement, this finite element models adopt ground soil spring to imitate, applying the elastic coefficient and damping coefficient to the springs, the coefficient is concluded from the characteristic of the natural soil;the pile foundation is imitated by solid element. The piles are end-bearing piles. The soil under the bear platform is weak soil. Function of soil to the piles is considered mainly in line-elastic stage with the horizontal force. In this way, we can imitate the soil to pile action. Then compare the results of calculation of finite element with the test data, and fix the modal to make them being accord with reality model of the project, check material of every part to see if they are reasonable at the same time, then through further studying they can guide our engineeringdesign, then optimize the size of every part of the foundation, it is proved reasonable by reality.Analysis the test result, finite element simulation, and the theory calculation, the program can imitate the interaction of the pile-soil-equipment. It solves some problems of engineering designing;the results of the finite element calculation can help the structural design of the project, so it has a bright future.
