With the development of civilian nucleus technology, the peaceful use of nuclear energy has become a major human evangel. The safety of nuclear is a matter of concern to the entire world. States have attached great importance to nuclear war, nuclear radiation and leaking of nuclear power plant accidents and assess of consequences and research the correlative equipments.The special spraying equipment is an important component of the radioactive fallout suppress and remove system .The special watering cart is the main equipment of the system, mainly to transport, packing the solution to the field of nuclear radiation. In the course of the watering cart produces vibration, and the circulation pipeline system installed in the cart is vibrated too. This vibration affects remarkably stress and strain of the structure, but also is the main cause of damage to pipeline system. So the key components of pipeline system must been made a mechanics analysis. According to the results, the assessment of its durability provides a theoretical basis for equipment design, maintenance, repair and replacement.Based on the above issues and research needs of the project, the dissertation makes the dynamical characteristic analysis and durability evaluation to pipeline system of the watering cart.1. According to the road roughness expression, the typical parameter of roughness is used as a vehicle vibration simulation input. The parameters of vibration analysis determine the structure of the simplified vehicle models and derive its dynamics equation. In MATLAB/SIMULINK the simulation model will be established based on vehicle dynamics differential equation, and input the parameters related to the vehicles vibration. After simulation, the vibration response is the displacement- frequency curve.2. Using the modal module of ANSYS analysis software the dissertation makes a modal analysis of the key components of the pipeline system, the frequency and distortion of the pipeline system will be obtained. Simulation output will be the input of vibration analysis of pipeline system. Using the spectrum module of ANSYS the dissertation works out the maximal displacement, the maximal stress and the PSD response.3. According to the results of the vibration analysis the vibration, the dissertation makes the fatigue analysis to the weak point of the pipeline system with the fatigue module of ANSYS and works out the damnification per hour the fatigue life. Based on the pipeline system fatigue life the thesis evaluates the durability and gives advice about design, maintenance and repair of the pipeline system.
