In recent years, the exhaust of the automobile posed the serious threat to the human health and people's lives, considering the energy question, electric automobile, which has zero discharge, has zero pollution is taken again, and the various countries have all formulated the related encouragement policy. Under government's support, each big company also has formulated long term plan to development electric automobile. These activities transfer all kinds of strength in the society to participate electric automobile development. However, the range of electric automobile much smaller than the traditional internal combustion engine automobile, this insufficient has seriously affected industrialization and the rapid promotion of the electric automobile. There is an effective method which can increases the range of the electric automobile is uses the electric regenerative braking system on the electric automobile to recycle the brake the energy. At present, how to assign relations between the friction brake and the regenerative braking, how to coordinate and control their assignment proportion, has already become the regenerative braking system key question.On the basic of massive technical foundation related electric automobiles, this article summarized the electric automobile regenerative braking's structure, principle of work and process of work. Analyzed the restriction electric automobile electric regenerative braking various aspects factor. And after established electric automobile overall system energy balance model, this article analyzed the primary influence factor to range of electric automobile and the feasible solution. And then this article established the recovery system mathematical model, and multianalyzed common five kinds of controls strategy good and bad points of electric automobile regenerative braking ,and analyze the electric current, the braking power, the energy back coupling efficiency and the battery charging current of each kind of control strategy applied, and compared five kind of controls strategies, pay attention to both electric automobile security (stop time, stopping distance) and recycle energy, this article draw a conclusion as following: obtained the biggest recycle power control pattern and constantly applies the brake the electric current control pattern is the quite good choice.This article also showed the reason of the electric automobile regenerative braking must work with the traditional friction brake to apply effective decelerates brake, and proposed two kind of proportional relationship: the fixed assignment and the dynamic allocation regenerative braking and the machinery brake, after compared them, get a conclusion: dynamic allocation two the proportional relationship is able to recycling more brake the energy.The article finally withdraws Honda Insight 2000 models data from ADVISOR, actuated in ECE stipulation operating mode to carry on the simulation experiment, calculated applied the brake in the moderating process in the ECE circulation operating mode the braking power, applies the brake the energy, the recycling efficiency change situation, and confirmed a conclusion: when the dynamicallocation electric regenerative braking and the machinery, guaranteed the battery and under the system secure premise, might maximize recycling energy and this kind of strategy can increase 21.25% range.
