But because of production is time delay and nonlinear, it is difficulty to build up the precision mathematics model of this system, so we adopt the FUZZY-PID combined controller and edge position control technic to control the running to deflection of fiber, compare with the traditional pure PID control, it has better control result.Just according to the analysis of above, we first discuss the reason of the fiber run to deflection in the winding, demonstrate the possibility of fiber deflection-correcting and the deflection-correcting method, then we illuminate the principle and the control strategy of the deflection-correcting system. In the control strategy, we make use of the fuzzy control theory that develop quickly now to build up the fuzzy controller for deflection-correcting system. For getting the more valid control result and upgrading the reaction ability of this system, we again make use of PID control theory which more mature currently, it combines with fuzzy controller to constitute combined controller to inference and analysis the deflection data. For actualizing the control ideas, we design the intelligentized deflection-correcting hardware control system which take 8031 micro-control-unit as the core, it includes data acquisition module, data saving module, alarm and display module, power supply module and step-motor drive module etc. several main part. For driving the MCU to run according to enactment project, we write the software which correspond with the hardware. Because the work environment of FW equipment is complicated, and existing various interfere, so we considered the Anti-interference technic, such as redundancy instruction, software trap, digital filter and watchdog, these all ensured the system run normally. |
