The Application Of Remote Digital Video Monitoring And Image Recognition Technology In Substation

The current state of development, application and research of the image processingtechnology was analyzed in this thesis. The pretreatment methods, such as imagegrayness, gray equilibrium, threshold division, image normalization, image smoothnessare introduced in detail. According to the characteristics of the fans used in thetransformers, Cirque-area Recognition Method is introduced. According to thecharacteristics of the temperature indicator of the transformer, a new method combinedfrom Hough Line-detection Recognition technology and Color Recognition is broughtforward. Visual C++, component provided by the DaHua Information Ltdcorporation.Zhejiang Province are used as the developing tools to in this thesis. Theresults of long-time testing in the lab and in the electric power field locale prove that theimage recognition accuracy rate has reached 98%.
