Mathematic Model Building And Simulation Research Of SSSC

This dissertation proposes that cascaded multilevel inverter can be used in SSSCmodel. Step pulse modulation is a simple and effective modulation method for inverter.In this dissertation one step pulse modulation method is introduced, which can obtainconduction angle through an on-line operation.This dissertation represents the basic structure and the work principle of SSSC andanalyzes its output characteristic and power-angle characteristic. The coherentcalculations such as the transmitted power of electric network including SSSC andequivalent reactance of SSSC are presented also.The simulation analysis of network including SSSC is carried out, The SSSCtopology and control strategy are also represented.
