The industry grounds slab is one of the important uses of steel fiber reinforced concrete. There are millions of square meters industry ground slabs on elastic foundation being built in the world every year, in which the very great proportion is the industry grounds slab of steel fiber reinforced concrete. The calculate method of industry grounds slab is complex in design , especially for the industry grounds slab using the advanced technology of Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete, the calculate method in design is more complex. In order to simplify the design calculate method for the industry grounds slab of steel fiber reinforced concrete, the paper provides an effective design program of SFRC industry ground slabs for designer. On the basis of 《Technical specification for fiber reinforced concrete structures》 CECS 38:2004 and fully considering the work status and design requests of SFRC industry ground slabs, the paer simplify tensile performance as elastoplasticity. FEA calculation method is used, and the design program for industry ground slabs of steel fiber reinforced concrete is compiled. The design result satisfies the project requests after the confirmation. In order to better undferstand the mechanical property of SFRC industry ground slabs, the current large-scale FEA software ANSYS is used to simulate the work status of SFRC industry ground slabs, which is equivalent to SFRC ground slabs on elastic foundation. FEA model is established, in which the effects of shrinkage stress caused by concrete shrinkage and foundation friction and temperature stress from temperature difference in slabs. The calculated deflection-load curve and ultimate load capacity are compared with experimental results, and they are in good agreement, which validate the reliability of the FEA model.
