Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell(PEMFC) is a energy conversion set under the normal temperature operation, it has many virtues, such as working in the room temperature, without corruption or electrolyte loss, lower noise, longer life, and output power ratio is 0.5 ~ 1.5W/cm~2. This text is aim at the generating electricity performance of hydrophilic catalyze layer film electrode PEMFC, and the fuel gas are pure hydrogen and pure oxygen, which is the base of studying PEMFC's performance further. The paper consists of two parts mainly:1) A experimental set for measuring electrical performance of single cells is built. Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell with Hydrophilic Catalyze Layer Film Electrode is prepared by two different ways, pressed and non-pressed. The morphologies of cells are examined by scanning electron microscopy, The particle dispersing in the pressed catalyze layer is better than that in the non-pressed catalyze layer.2) This experiment is based on different considers to observe the cell performance, including:The influence of catalyze reagent content, conclusion: (1)When Pt/C in the catalyze reagent is 0.1mg/cm~2, that the cell's performance is the best;(2) the influence of the ultrasonic time of the catalyze reagent is that the longer ultrasonic time is, the more uniform catalyze layer is, the better the cell's performance is;(3)Moreover, Under the different working considers, including the influence of the cell's performance with the different reaction gases, the temperature, and the compare of the cell's performance former and after the ME A is dipped in the hot distilled water. The beat temperature is 80℃.
