Because of the characteristics of large bearing capacity, small subbase deformation, rapid construction velocity, pollution-free and low cost, the composite foundation of rammed soil-cement piles are applied broadly in engineering practice. But owing to some reasons, researches about the composite foundation are limited to the following aspects, such as design, construction, bearing capacity, deformation and so on. The number of studies about its reliability is very small. So, firstly, the dissertation analyzed the transmission pattern of load by ANSYS, and compared the computational results with the experimental results. And then, the limiting state equation of single pile's vertical bearing capacity was built, the one-dimension random field variables' statistical regularity was studied, and a relevant reliability calculation procedure was programmed. Finally, the dissertation calculated the reliabilities of several projects in Shijiazhuang and Xinji, analyzed the results, and roughly verified that the reliability index was 2.6, which was corresponded to the limit state of bearing capacity of composite foundation of rammed soil-cement piles in Technical Rules for Composite Foundation of Cement-soil Piles DB13(J) 14-2003.
