Airplane landing lamp is one kind of the incandescent lamps. Nowadays, computer aided software for filament design for common incandescent lamps, which is not suitable to design the airplane-landing lamp charactered by high power, high luminous flux and low longevity.In this paper the design of incandescent lamp filament is analyzed deeply. In the premise of guaranteeing the customer required parameters, namely voltage, power, longevity and luminous flux, the method of selecting each parameter in design model is discussed in detail. Regression model is exploited to optimize, and determining the relationship of each parameter under certain condition in order to adjust the parameters in small range.Considering the complicated calculation of filament model, the computer aided design software system of the filament is developed based on Visual C++. With the help of this software system, design accuracy and speed are improved. This software comprises of five parts, user interface, database, algorithm design, light beam analysis, and distribution of luminous intensity. |
