Along with the fast development of our country's atuo industry, domestic auto electron increases rapidly. Auto-multimedia system is a jumped-up industry. By the progress of network technique and the share of information, there is project value for the implement of network function in the auto-multimedia system.In this thesis material employement are as follows:1. The design of network interface circuit with multimedia chip VirgineG2 andNIC chip RTL8019AS.2. The μC/OS- II is an embedded Real-Time Operating System. It has some advantage for example free and arbitrable code, simple kernel, fine Real-time. By altering something of the μC/OS- II code that is relative to VirgineG2, the uC/OS- II is planted into the VirgineG2.3. LWIP is a TCP/IP stack of relatively integrated function. There is some advantage for instance free code, easily being planted and so on. There isn't network function in μC/OS- II system. LWIP stack is planted into the μC/OS- II system. In this way the μC/OS- II system becomes operation system of sustaining the network.In this thesis μC/OS- II is used as the operation system kernel and multimedia chip VirgineG2 is used as central chip and RTL8019AS is used as NIC. Though altering some code in LWIP and network card driver, it implemnts the network function in the auto-multimedia system.
