The reproducible energy sources' exploitation and using may be every countries' continuable development strategic measure in the world. Compared with the single solar and wind power energy, The Wind-Pv-Diesel-Battery hybrid power system which based on pure ac bus, has the advantages of compatible with the public grid, simplified design and operation of island grids, highest reliability due to redundant system configuration, all components add up their power in parallel operation, easy expandability and reduction of system costs and so on. The system has extensive application foreground and become an important flat roof of distributed power system.The Wind-Pv-Diesel-Battery hybrid power system based on pure ac bus had been used widely overseas ,but the study is few in the domestic, so the theory and key technologies of this system is studied base on the advanced research of the solar and wind energy's grid-connected power technologies in this paper. It can offer some references for the system design in the domestic.In order to establish practicality Wind-Pv-Diesel-Battery hybrid power system based on pure ac bus, the paper has done following works:1. The constructions, work modes and key technologies of the system has been expatiated.2. The work principle and control theories of the grid-connected inverter in this system are studied in detail and the design and emulation of the control system are done by MATLB tool. At the same time , the designed of LCL filter and the space vector control theory based on separated control of positive power and passive power are researched for three phase grid-connected inverter.3. Not only the work principles and characteristics of the photovoltaic power unit, wind power unit, battery power unit and diesel power unit are discussed, but also the control theories of every power unit have studied and emulated in detail. Then, the management and control method of the system based on the battery power unit's control is discussed.4. The photovoltaic grid-connected inverter, direct driving wind grid-connected inverter and the battery power unit which have the capacities of inverter and grid-connected charging and discharging are developed based on the front theory and the TMS320F2407 DSP controller. For the monitor andmanagement of the system, the cluster controller based on 51 single chipcomputer and PC monitor softer ware base on Visual Basic are designed. 5. In order to test the system's performance, the experiment system is set up byphotovoltaic power unit, wind power unit and battery power unit.The experiment results show that when the public grid is off, the wind and solar power unit power to the grid which is offered by the battery power unit;and when the public grid is on, the wind and solar power unit power to the public grid and the battery power unit is working on the grid-connected charging and discharging mode.
