Prefabricated unbonded prestressed concrete continuous beams have the advantages of long span, easy construction and short working period, but the beams haven't been applied widely in our country, especially in the civil construction. Because of the differences in structural behaviour between precast unbonded prestressed concrete continuous beams and other forms of beams , and the lack of systematic analysis of the prefabricated unbonded prestressed concrete continuous beams at home and abroad, the paper takes advantage of ANSYS to create the proper FEA model on the basis of the data of the experiment on two-span unbonded prestressed continuous beams, probes and discusses about structural deformation behaviour , momentredistribution, ultimate load and increment of ultimate stresses of the precast unbonded prestressed concrete continuous beams under different circumstances, carries out a FEA analysis of different arrangements and ratios of prestressed reinforcements, ratio of span and height and concrete intensity in different forms and parameters on the basis of the model to get factors influencing the structural behavior, and compares precast unbonded prestressed concrete continuous beams with other forms of beams such as bonded prestressed continuous beams, unbonded prestressed assembled monolithic continuous concrete beams, and unbonded single-span beams in order to find out the general rules of the precast prestressed structure and provide the supportive basis for its designing.
