The traditional power signal sources adopt linear power supply or switching power supply which is analog controlled. With the appearance of the high performance DSP controller, it is possible that switching power converter can be used as power signal source. It makes for improve the level of system's integration and control's function.This paper mainly presents a power signal source with digital controlled by DSP TMS320F2812 which frequency of operation can be up to 150MHz. The power signal source described in the paper is capable of providing a stable AC power source with variable amplitude and variable frequency over a wide range. It can provide an accurate VVVF AC power source by combinative adjusting with DC-DC and DC-AC. The power signal source can provide variable voltage from 2V to 100V, and variable frequency from 20Hz to 1000Hz.The DC-DC circuit adopts flyback converter, controlled by ICES2AS01 of INFINEON. The DC-DCs reference signal Vref is given based on output voltage of power signal supply. The DC-AC circuit adopts full-bridge inverter, and it uses double-loop controller based on DSP TMS320F2812.In this paper, a holistic design proposal and operating principle are presented at first. The design of hardware circuit is introduced, include DC-DC main circuit, DC-DCs sample circuit, DC-AC main circuit and DC-AC's sample circuit, and so on. Then, this paper detailed presents operating principle of DC-AC inverter and gives the design procedure of LC filter and double-loop controller.The simulation results based on MATLAB are presented. Next, the software design and flow chart are presented. At last, experimental results are presented in this paper.
