By right of its great free degree, supernal precision measure, dispense with secondary process, bonded magnet has become necessary and important apparatus in high-tech product. In this paper, Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 amorphous thin ribbons were prepared by rapid solidification of single roller;some of them were crystallized;then the two kinds of thin ribbons were shattered to powders of different particle size. First, the magnetic powders prepared by the thin ribbons after crystallization and epoxy resins were mixed, the ring-shaped bonded magnets were prepared by the method of compression molding;then the magnetic powders prepared by the amorphous thin ribbons were crystallized, bonded magnets were prepared by the course the same as the former. The magnetic properties of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 bonded magnets were measured by soft magnet and direct current measure instrument of model MATS-2010SD. Influence of magnetic particle size and formation pressure on magnetic properties of bonded magnets was analyzed. Magnetic properties of two kinds of magnets were contrasted .The results reveal that the magnetic properties of bonded magnets and magnetic particle size have certain relation. The magnetic properties of bonded magnets μi,μm,Br,Bs,Hc became small as magnetic particle size became small;the magnetic properties of bonded magnets and formation pressure have certain relation, and exist a pressure magnetic saturated parameter. When the pressure was smaller than the pressure magnetic saturated parameter, the magnetic properties of bonded magnets μi, μm, Br,Bs, Hc became big as the formation pressure became big;When the pressure was bigger than the pressure magnetic saturated parameter, the magnetic properties of bonded magnets μi,μm, Br,Bs, Hc were reduced. We all found that the boned magnets prepared by the first one were superiority to the other by the comparison to the magnetic properties of two kinds of ring-shaped bonded magnets.
