The development of healthy building is coinciding with saving energy, reducing pollution and sustainable development. Using the solar energy to cool the air of indoor is the principle of the development of healthy building. Based on the literature research, questions of heat insulation and cooling on the building envelop with wet porous material by the solar energy are discussed. This work is supported by NNSF (Name: The study of the adjusting of the heat and wet environment in the building with saving energy)Through summarizing systematically the previous studies of the heat insulation and cooling on the building envelop, the frontiers of the problem may be found out. On these grounds, the following works have been done:A new model of non-steady heat transmission on the building envelop with wet porous material is set up. In this model both temperature and humidity conditions all are considered. The influence of the later is included in the parameter of the control equations which is never been found in previous literature. According to some geometric parameters and the thermal physical parameters, the validity of the new model is verified, using practical testing results of the indoor and outdoor temperature data.Using the method of the finite difference, the computational equations of the building have been dispersed, and the heat transmission of building envelop is discussed. A comprehensive program about heat transmission calculation has been worked out based on the mathematical model. The new model has been validated through the compare of computational results and practical measure results.
