Our country is throwing itself into the research and development (R&D) in maglev technology at present, especially the authorized project of Shanghai to Hangzhou high-speed maglev railway, it will be great important to the high-speed ground tracked transport. As a part of maglev researches, the research of track irregularity with the maglev railway is a very important content in it, which because the track regularity of maglev railway is the key action to the quality of full railway management and the cost to the railway construction, which effects the safety of traveling, stationary of traveling and comfort of traveling. As the same time, testing the long-wave irregularity , orientating the long-wave and advising the long-wave occurrence, which have very important significance to the adjustment to the maglev railway and which have the same significance to develop the research of our track railway irregularity.Because of not maturely project about the maglev railway testing, many researches about it have been at the phase of the simulation in laboratory. So in this paper, it has provided a new approach to detect the maglev track irregularity, which is the strap-down inertial system, and analyzes track irregularity long-wave signals sourced from the maglev railway testing with Time-Frequency Analysis, and achieves the orientation about the track irregularity long-wave signals. About the software programmed in this system, it has programmed about the space attitude matrix, which can realize the conversion from the measurement reference frame to the inertial reference frame;On the base of qualitative analysis, which the data affirmed with the no-stationary stochastic signal and the distribution function is the normal distribution, it has selected the appropriate Time-Frequency Analysis to detect the maglev railway testing data, to estimate and recompose the track irregularity long-wave signals, which comparing with some methods such as STFT (Short-Time Fourier transform) , WVD(Wigner-Ville distribution) , DGS(Discrete Gabor spectrum) , HHT(Hilbert-Huangtransform)and WT(wavelet transform);In the end, the performance of confirming the long-wave irregularity amplitude threshold and found the orientation about the long-wave, it has provided two methods to calculate engineering integral about the discrete-time data, which can restrain the excursion that because of the integral.Because of the purpose of this thesis to complete the engineering project, all of the arithmetic programs in this system have been validated in practice. According to the analysis of practical measurement, the measurement system is proved to be a success and the performance meets the expectations.
