Ⅰ, IntroduceWe use the idea of piezoelectricity to collect and transform the energy ofvibration or other technical energy in this project. That is called power generationwhich is used to substitute battery or charge for it in some special field. Thepiezoelectricity vibrator is the key components. The research in that field isparticularly attractive for use in MEMS, for it's simple structure and no disturbmagnetism.This is a new research field, it is in the explore moment. In abroad they havedeveloped the shoes of generate electricity to collect the sports energy of people.There are also some research in other field to collect other energy, but at presentthey are hard to get along. Especially in putting the PZT on the circumgyratestructure to study the power which is produced by PZT. In this paper we will dosome research on that field.Ⅱ, The design and analyse of the structure and parameter of thepiezoelectricity vibratorBased on the understanding and mastering of the basic piezoelectric theoryand the performance of piezoelectric materials, various piezoelectric vibrators arestudied. In this paper, the cantilever piezoelectric bimorph vibrator and itscharacteristics are stressed. Because the power generate capacity has correlationwith distortion and it's frequency. In order to get more power, it is necessary to dothe farther research in different support of the vibrator. At the same time we givethe relevant conclusion of the study in the character force. In the analyse ofdynamic character we give a formula of frequency and calculate the value of thefirst and the second resonance frequency under the same thickness.Ⅲ ﹑ The experimental research of cantilever piezoelectricityvibratorIn this paper we particularly introduce the process of making vibrator and thenotice. Their making technics inflect the power generator very much. Because thevibrator is made by hand, so there are some man made factors to affect the powergenerator inevitably, so we do much experiment to test it. At last we find thetheoretics calculation is coherence with imitate analyze. In the experimental staticstate, we analyze the coupling model of piezoelectricity vibrator and get the modelwhich is adapt to the energy conversion. We also optimize some parameters whichaffect the power generator. To produce maximum power from piezoelectricelements which are attached to vibrating structures, the structure should be excotedat their first natural frequency where they experience the largest deflections.Ⅸ﹑ The power capacity experimental study of Piezoelectricvibrator on rotary mechanismBased on the vibrator's performance analysis, we design and make there kindsof vibrator. We find the vibrator with mass at the end of the vibrator and a steel ballon the end of a spring will generate more power. Analyze the rotate speed andradius which affect the power generate, in the end we also give the conclusion.Ⅹ﹑conclusionThrough the performance analysis and experiments research of the piezoelectricbimorph vibrator, we make the power supply system. That is a new research field,it involved mechanism﹑ material﹑electrics and so on. It is feasible to supplypower for the electronical micro-system and has wide apply foreground.
