Research Of Internet Optic Fibre Temperature Sensor System

Optic fibre temperature sensor system is very useful in industry and biology medicine, especially Internet network distributing temperature sensor system. Therefore researching a kind of Internet distributing temperature sensor system is significant for engineering practice.This thesis research the optic fibre temperature sensor system design based on Internet Web Server, discuss the optic fibre temperature sensor theory, the optic fibre temperature sensor project, remote date transmission, hardware and software design in detail. And discuss embedded Web Server TCP/IP protocol design theory and application.All of the system use the embedded TCP/IP network transfer the temperature data. So the system remote characteristic have no limit in time and space, and anywhere we could browse any sensor point measurement result of temperature by IE browser.Fluorescence matter sensor the object surface temperature and get the fluorescence curve, and process the curve data by some mathematics method to reduce industry disturb and measurement error. In this system 100MffS Cygnal MCU was used to compose sensor Web Server point. Because the embedded sensor network have particular characteristic, designed a Lean TCP/IP stack to the embedded sensor network is necessary to work perfectly.All the system have high precision and long term stability by application and debug in industry scene. The data transmitted by the Internet is very safe and stable in all the period. The system have 0.25 degree distinguish rate and 0.5 degree precision from -55C° to 210C° Browser can browse over 2000 points temperature information and curves in the remote client PC.
