The motor thruster technology and development widely applies in the space science experiment and the national defense construction. It is very vital significant to controlled strictly. It controls the flight vehicle movement posture and increases the goal hitting precision. Moter thrust vector is one space vector, whose size and the direction are unceasingly changing. The inclination and offset of the actual engine thrust will directly affect the precision of the flying control and the target hit in flying experiment, even lead to failure. Accordingly to overcoming those problems, the eccentricity of the trajectory-controlled motor thrust must be controlled strictly.In order to slove the problem about the parameters of vector measuring system, the domestic and foreign force components testing device as well as each kind of form testing device realization principle have been researched. The principle of plan is confirmed correctly. Therefore, the the structural design of static calibrating and the massive experiments is mainly introduced, Utilizing the piezoelectric force-measuring platform together with its developed test software, the system hardware and circuit development are designed and debugged. The thrust vector measuring system is made up of 4 three-component piezoelectric force transducers. Used the output of each force transducer, the thrust vector eccentricity parameters can be calculated by some deduced expressions. Static calibration and data processing is implemented to the vector measuring system, then dynamic mathematical model of the system is established and analyzed and its natural frequency is measured. The problem that the strain testing system has low natural frequency and the dynamic test can't be carried out is well solved.As the loading equipment is developed and improved constantly during the experiment, then it is applied to the experiment. The reliability and accuracy of the test system of vector measuring system is verified through the experiment. The experiments and analyzes for the calculation of uncertain grade show that the principle for vector measuring system is correct, and the actually acquired the data of parameters in the experiment has attained the anticipant goals. What is more, it built the foundation for the further study on the thrust vector measuring system of the trajectory-controlled engine.
