Designed the database and developped the system. based on the Microsoft Access 2000, we designed the power plant name, boiler number, boiler type, evaporate rate , unit capacity, total working time, failure reason, failure part, failure result and technique classify forms etc. We collected 3179 piece of Hubei, Hunan, Henna and Jiangxi province' 48 power plants which belong to the central china electric power corporation from 1982~2002. We put them in order and input them. Based on the C/S model we developed the system. The system has the following functions: A client can hand over the new case by Internet, demanding and data statistics and analyzing. Using the system, the manager can kown the boiler "four tube" explosive leakage situation of the department well, the resources can be enjoyed together.we classify them for unit capacity, failure part and failure reason, analyze the main reason to "four tubes" failure, found the relation to work circumstance, total working time and failure part, bring forward the potential regular pattern and reason to reduce the possibility of "four tubes" failure repeatedly, to drop the failure frequency and get the unit efficiency increased.
