In the concrete project, the infiltration question has been a difficult disease of perplexing in the project circle all the time, it has been the important subject that the scientific research personnel have put forth effort to research on and solve all the time. The infiltration situation of building of our country is very surprising and severe, at present the expenses used for maintaining such waterproof infiltration of the construction work as the house, etc., are up to more than 2 billion yuan every year. Danger of infiltration is very severe, lightly to accelerate concrete aging development of disease, severely to cause building to wreck even to destroy. If infiltration problem has not been solved, the losses caused by the infiltration will be inestimable.The development of the waterproof material of our country starts relatively late, the norm is still not perfect, but its development is very fast. Up till now, the waterproof material of our country has been already developed into two great main classifications: Flexible material and rigidity material, from the pattern that such organic materials as the foetus malthoid of bituminized paper, etc. haveing unified the whole country. The flexible material utilizes the high macromolecule material mainly, through the means of getting together, modifying etc., to form elastic antiabrasion layer of hating water on the concrete surface, to seal the concrete surface, and to prevent the passing of water. This kind of outside waterproof technology is called one "give temporary relief "technology. Its shortcoming is that the term of validity service time is relatively short, the longest service life being only about 20 years, mostly poisonous, costliness,and This kind of waterproof being apt to come off because of its bigger shape transmogrification. The rigidity waterproof material utilizes the materials with the cement, sand , stone , mix and add a small amount of and organic or inorganic admixture, taking shape pre-pressingly on the concrete surface or the inside, being certain strength, closing the concrete structure defects, Strengthening the waterproof performance of the concrete or mortar. It is a kind of waterproof technology called "getting a permanent cure ", its shortcoming is, the ability is relatively low to resist the structure shape transmogrification, being apt to produce the crack and each process of constructing must being required strictly etc.. But, with people's consciousness enhancing in environment, the demand for the waterproof material of inorganic rigidity must be become greater and greater, and the qualityrequire must be become higher and higher. The waterproof material of inorganic rigidity has already become the development trend of the waterproof material in the future.This paper has studied on and developed a subject of high-efficient inorganic waterproof material complying with trend of waterproof material development, according to the current development state of inorganic waterproof material of rigidity of our country, using the mortar as the technical backstopping, utilizing the principle that the very small particle mixed can increase the mortar dense, compounding to the mixed small particles and the orthogonal design theory, studying the influence of the mixed materials, admixtures, and chemical material on the anti-infiltration ability of moetar by experiments, carrying on the means of optimizing, compounding, selecting, and analysing the mechanisms, finally having gotten three kinds of high-efficient inorganic waterproof materials. These three kinds of waterproof materials have owned high anti-infiltration performance and high strength performance and high crack Resistance performance, and they are cheap and easy to construct. According to JC474-92 standard, these three kinds of waterproof materials performances have met and exceeded the requests of Grade A. This paper has appraised on this three kinds of inorganic rigid waterproof materials as good waterproof materials.
