The combustion system of circulating fluidized bed boiler is an object that has many features: distributed parameters, nonlinear, time-varying and a lot of tightly coupled variables.It is difficult and the automation level is low. The article analysis the operating characteristic of Circulating fluidized bed boiler, giving an idea of load batching model in designing. Designing each subsystems of firing control system.As bed temperature and main vapor pressure are tightening couple between them, so the article gives a neural networks on-line decoupling control algorithm. The algorithm associates neural networks opening-loop decoupling control algorithm and parameters adaptive PID control algorithm which is based on neural networks, to realize decoupling control in bed temperature and main vapor pressure which are tightly couple controlled variables. The simulation results shows that the design program can decoupling control very well, the quality of control system is good and the robustness and anti-interference quality are also good.
