Research On Natural Gas Conversion In Hankou And Shenzhen

Supply engineering of city gas is a kind of important project concerning the energy structure,environmental protection and city infrastructure. As the present, the project of "Gas transportation from westward to eastward"and the project of Guangdong LNG is beginning to put in practice. The Pearl Delta of Guangdong will be gasified by 30 million tons imported LNG in 2006. This paper refers to and consults the fruits of city natural gas conversion engineering in our country and abroad widely. On the basis of collecting a lot of data connecting the status in quo and the layout of Hankou and Shenzhen, works as follows are developed. The reformation methods of the existing distribution network in Hankou,the schemes of natural gas conversion and the security of supplying,the feasibility of distribution network in Hankou from medium pressure B to medium pressure A are studied in this paper. On the base of manufactured gas network and consumer material in Hankou ,the hydraulic operation state of natural gas conversion in this location is discussed. Two primary selection schemes of zoned concerting manufactured gas to natural gas for existing distribution network in Hankou are put forward,the hydraulic operation state is analyzed,and the practical conversion scheme is recommended. The largest supplying ability of the converted network in Hankou is analyzed,the result is that as if the pressure is the manufactured gas network, when the network transports natural gas ,the mount of transportation is 2.4 times than design usage mount in 2010 that is presented in the Wuhan natural gas initial design.The supplying security of network in Hankou is investigated,and the supplying security of network in Hankou when Changqing regulationg station is added is investigated. The result of the feasibility of the network pressure in Hankou changed from medium pressure B to medium pressure A suggests that this methode is feasible. Connected the fact of Shenzhen,the natural gas conversion schemes of domestic consumer regulationg system,measurement system and the reformation of domestic hot-plate are investigate. At the last,the feasible schemes are abstained.
