With the increase of the electric network scale, the power system analysis personnel attach importance to the load modeling of Wide Area Power System (WAPS), the single load modeling method can not meet the demand of WAPS modeling. According to the demand and the present status of load modeling, from the point of project application, the main work of this thesis is as following:1. The synthetical load modeling method based on load analysis and classification is put forward. First of all, the typical daily curve of each substation is analyzed, the proportion of typical trade power consumption load composition is computed, then according to the proportion, all substations are classified by using clustering analysis. Finally, the model parameters of all substations can be extended according to the clustering result.2. According to the typical daily load data of each substation, the load characteristic of each substation is analyzed, the load composition equations can be gained, then, the typical daily curve of each substation can be separated, and finally, the proportion can be computed.3. According to the proportion of load composition, using the hierarchical cluster analysis based on average distance, the substations can be classified reasonably. Because different clustering result can be gained, it is necessary to get reasonable clustering result from the point of project application, the clustering result which meet the demand of project application can be gained.4. According to the clustering result of all substations and existing model parameter database of present substations, using model basic vectors, the parametersof other substations can be obtained, then, the model parameters of all substations can be extended, and the parameters can be applied to project.5. The above production is applied to Henan Electrical Power Network, the well purpose is gained.
