This thesis focus on the design and realization for intelligent controller of sensorlesspermanent magnet brushless DC motor (BLDCM) based on 80C196KC, Two big hottopic are discussed emphatically which are position detection technique for sensorlessBLCDM and Intelligent control.This thesis establishes the whole simulation model for sensorless BLDCM Drivesbased on Simulink/PowerSystem and researches the algorithm of Bemf zero crossingpoint detection.To enhance the performance of BLDCM drives, traditional PID control is combinedorganically with the Fuzzy control in this thesis, which structures the FuzzySelf-adaptive PID controller in order to cope with shortcomings of traditional PIDcontrol. Simulation results indicate that the improved PID control mentioned above isbetter than traditional one.On the basic of the simulation researches, the thesis designs sensorless BLDCM directdigital control system based on the Fuzzy Self-adaptive PID control arithmetic.Meanwhile, studying through the experiments is done.
