The engine which has ETC can improve economic benefit, increase power and reduce let of waste, therefore it is developing rabidly in recent years. The throttle control air control valve as a key part of this system has also developed quickly. The ETC as a advance throttle control air control valve has been widely used abroad and has been employed in high-grade car at home, however these ETC are not made in China. So it is very important to domestically produce our own ETC.In order a new project (domestically produce the electronic throttle control air control valve), after investigated the congener production made by the foreign companies, this paper is focus on designing the ETC-EACV's frame and building the 3D model with the CAD. The research route and the main work of this paper are presented as below:1, on base of summarizing lots of international literature and analyzing the actuality and the evolution trend of ETC by studying and applying the mature technologies and parts, frame design, wheel-box design, 3D model build, analysis and test are put forward to develop this project.2, design the wheel-box based on the input.3, build all parts' 3D model with CAD and minimize their size.4, analyze the parts' motion.
