In this thesis the author makes a study of asynchronous motor model and deals in details with the basic principle of direct torque control. According to the faults of traditional direct torque control and the requirement of an induction motor's control strategy, applies the modified integration in the stator flux linkage observation in the low speed, has made up the fault of the traditional integration that the error is big and the direct current displacement question in low speed. This thesis has probed several primary methods of speed estimation and found the suitable method of estimating speed without the speed sensor in the real-time DTC system, which namely to slip the speed dynamic computation method. Constituted the speed closed-loop system with the speed feedback, used the low pass filter method to reduce the error, so the overall system control performance is advanced. And has carried on the simulation with Matlab/Simulink software, confirmed proposal feasibility of the entire design. Finally has produced the hardware and software proposal design based on the DSP.
