Based on velocity of flow info is carried when ultrasonic pass the flowing liquid, ultrasonic flowmeter transform velocity of flow info into flux info through simple, convenient and reliable signal disposal methods. Comparing ultrasonic flowmeter with traditional flowmeter, ultrasonic flowmeter has the advantage of low cost, simple and convenient for installation, not to change flow state of liquid, not to produce accessional resistance, and fitting measures for bigger diameter and bigger flux, so it is a very ideal kind of flowmeter. But, ultrasonic flowmeter is only a new kind of meter, is incomplete, and is not widely applied, so study on integral calculus algorithm and experiment based on Time Difference Method ultrasonic pipe flowmeter has great learning significance and application value.This paper investigates into integration algorithm and pipe experiments of Time Difference method ultrasonic pipe flowmeter. The details are as follows:1. Velocity distribution of pipe fluid is analyzed and induced. All of these analyses and inductions provide theoretical basis for integration algorithm of single acoustic path Time Difference methods ultrasonic pipe flowmeter.2. Measurement principleis of ultrasonic Time Difference method is introduced, and calculation methods of ultrasonic flowmeter flow are ascertained with round pipe Chebyshev integration algorithm. At the same time, some measures are brought against error source of ultrasonic flowmeter.3. The hardware and software structure of ultrasonic flowmeter are introduced.4. In order to make ultrasonic flowmeter commercialization, the circulating water system experiment platform, which simulates actual condition of ultrasonic Flowmeter in work, is built. Experiment scheme is repeatedly steady flow measurement and variable flow measurement. Finally, the comparison experiment data with ORE Co. 7500 ultrasonic flowmeter are made errors analysis and sampling frequency analysis by wavelet denoising...
