The test and research were performed in order to advance durability ofconcrete in harbour engineering and reach the durable years of at least 50 yearswithin heavy repair. The tests of active additions and high-performanceconcrete in which admix fly ash, ground slag, silicon powder were developedon the basis of summarize acquired research achievements inland and overseas.Commence from analyzed and tested raw materials' quality effect on concreteresistance of seawater chlorion erosion, components in concrete raw materials,especially the effect of multiplication of high-performance water reducer andactive addition, were compared and selected. By designed and optimized mixratio, the components of testing concrete were determined, series test ofphysical mechanics performance and durability for high-performance concretewere conducted, and prediction model of durable years for high-performanceconcrete in harbour engineering was discussed. On the basis of test and research, the result were successfully applied inNanjiang Coal Port of Tianjin New Port, funnel girder in conveying coal of cardumper shed of Qinhuangdao Coal â…£ and caisson dolphin type jetty structurein Huludao Port, and achieved satisfied effect. Test research and practice of project application indicates that apply thisachievement, the durable years of concrete in harbour engineering can reachdouble or triplicate compared to normal concrete structures, and guarantee atleast 50 years within heavy repair.
