Time Effects On Piled Raft Foundation With Soft Soil Under Vertical Loading

Piled raft foundation is used widely as multiplayer and high buildings' foundation insoft soil areas. For the deep soft soil, piles usually can't penetrate the entire soft soillayer, and there is thick soft soil subjacent bed under the piles. The effects that verticalloading acts on this kind of piled raft foundation on soft soil are effected with timeobviously.The plane finite element method is used in this paper, with soft soil model, calculateda serious of questions;study the piled raft foundation system. Search the relationsbetween the vertical loading, settlement, endogen force distribution in the foundationsystem, and time. Study how the width and depth of foundation affect the bearingcapacity and settlement. Received some valuable conclusions.
