The new type of marine centrifugal pump is of vertical structureandsingle-stage .Itapplys to transporting fire water,cooling water ,hygiene using water and load draft etc. Thisproduct adopts the system of separating the sand from water, that is, adopting the technique ofcombining vice-leaf motive seal with machine seal, Using the cyclone separating deviceto deal with the sediment water. Meanwhile, basing on the principle of fluid power sealing itmaking use of the centrifugal force produced by the the vice-leaf on the impeller revolving tocarry up the water to throw the water towards the impeller way-out. Which can enture the differential pressure of the clean-water system and prevend the sandsfrom entering the axial seal. So it enjoys a good anti-sediment capability, high reliability andlong life.2.As far as the structure, the new type of centrifugal pump absorbs several advantagesfrom some presently advanced types at home and abroad, It Consequtenly have thesecharacteristics such as simple structure, easily dismantling, light weight and taking up smallspace etc.3.The adoption of lengthening coupling and behind the open type pump body structuremake it possible to take the rotor out to repair without dismantling the motor and pipelinesystem.4.Separating the pump body from the suction room is advantageous to foundry andprocess and the whole pipe layout, and makes the import and export pipeline move withincertain scope of angle.5.The involute spline coupling makes it more convenient to dismental. In the respect ofthe hydraulic design, it adopt optimize method for economy.6.The samples have tested by the National Examination center, and the result shows thatall various parameter reach the design request. It also appraised by the department of theNavy Equipment and the State Economy Trade Committee.The pump has been normallyrunning with no-leakiness and steady performance scince it had been installed in ship.The new type of marine centrifugal pump can completely satisfy the requests of thenew-made ship, amd surply the gap of the anti-sediment marine centrifugal pumps.
