With the rapid development of road and communication of city, the harm effect that the blast vibration induced by building mass undergrounds or tunnels and digging blast underground structures act on the ground environment, are increasingly remarkable. Due to the job location of underground engineering in city are mostly stand in the centre of city, especially these large city in which the landform are complicated, the population are numerous and surrounding buildings are dense, which make the construction more difficult and the earthquake effect by blast may endanger the safety of surrounding environment in projects.In this paper, based on upwards problems, the monitoring methods and monitoring systems of blast vibration are stated, and the Wansongling tunnel blast engineering is taken as the subject investigated, the influence that the blast vibration by this tunnel digging act on the ground buildings and underground construction were monitored, and a great lot monitoring data were obtained, which established the practical base for this paper. Integrated the monitoring data collected from the scene of blast with the correlative theory of earthquake wave, the blast vibration characteristic of this underground blast engineering and the influence that the blast vibration act on the ground buildings are analyzed. Applied the method of duality linearity regression analysis, the propagation attenuational laws of blast earthquake wave in this underground engineering are gained by this software Matlab. The analysis results indicat that the attenuational laws of blast earthquake wave are obvious diversity in the condition of difference distances. The attenuational velocities of vertical direction component of blast earthquake wave are slowest in the condition of close range, while that will do fastest in the condition of far range. The attenuation indexes of vertical direction components and level radial components of blast earthquake wave in the condition of far range are all larger than the one in the condition of close range. Based on upwards analysises, relevant control ways and safety defending technology of blast vibration are given from the aspects of blast equipments, blast parameters, landform physiognomy, blast methods. And taking the practical data from blast scene as the sample, the blast shockproofness are forecasted by the feedforward nerve network model based on the prior knowledge of blast shockproofness, the regress analysis method and experience formula method,which supply the technology gist for...
