The research about Reliability analysis of elastic linkage mechanism with random parameters has extensive engineering-background, important theory meaning and academic value. This paper mainly researched the motion precision reliability and elastic dynamic precision reliability about mechanism. Using slider-crank mechanism as the research object, the principle that the small displacement can be added linearly was used to analysis the model about motion precision reliability, considering the randomness of the lank length error and hinge interval error. It analyzed the kinematics parameters of the slider-crank mechanism. Considering the randomness of the component physical parameters and geometric parameters, this thesis used a method of KED combined with Wilson-θto analyze the elastic displacement responses, obtained the expectation and variance of the elastic displacement responses using Monte-Carlo digital simulation, and found the analysis model of mechanism's dynamic precision reliability. Through the example, this paper analyzed the elastic transmutation of mechanism and the impact that was aroused by the randomness of all parameters on mechanism's dynamic precision reliability, and got some importance conclusions.
